If your plan includes maintenance time, you can send small website changes and corrections as needed.
If a request falls outside the plan, we will identify the required extension or quote it separately before work begins.
Website Maintenance covers ongoing care of the existing website. New functionality, major redesigns, new pages, integrations, or other project work are not included unless they fall within the included maintenance time and scope.

Standard and Priority plans include a defined amount of maintenance time each month.
This time can be used for small content updates, layout corrections, troubleshooting, and similar website maintenance tasks.
Larger requests that exceed the included time are quoted separately or handled through the appropriate extension.
WordPress, theme, and plugin updates are reviewed before or after installation where necessary to reduce the risk of compatibility issues.
If an update causes a problem that requires substantial redevelopment or replacement of third-party functionality, additional work may be required.
Hosting, domains, premium plugin licenses, paid services, API usage, and other third-party costs are not included in the maintenance subscription unless explicitly stated.
