Chat messages may be sent to OpenAI API services to generate responses. According to OpenAI’s current API data controls, API inputs and outputs are not used to train OpenAI models unless the API customer explicitly opts in.

Chat history may be stored by W-Forge Studio using Cloudflare infrastructure so W-Forge can review requests, provide support, prevent abuse, and continue project-related communication.

Third-party service providers

W-Forge may use third-party service providers to operate the website and chat, including:

Cloudflare — hosting, security, Workers, KV storage, access protection, and infrastructure services;
OpenAI — AI response generation for the W-Forge Studio Chat Agent;
Resend — sending email verification codes and service-related emails;
Google Analytics — website analytics, used only where legally permitted and/or when cookie consent is provided.

These providers may process personal data only as needed to provide their services to W-Forge Studio and in accordance with their applicable legal terms, privacy policies, and data processing agreements.
